Hidalgo Market

Freshly boiled corn on the cob is dipped in cream, then salted and red powder sprinkled on. I'm assuming it's some sort of chili powder, but I was afraid to try it since I can't handle spicy food. Many vendors were selling it and many people were walking around eating it.
